ABOUT JUSTIN K. R. COLLOM
When I was 3 years old my mom booked us a flight to go see Grandma in California, we lived in Phoenix, and I had never flown before. As we are boarding I begin tensing up, we get closer and closer until it is time to step onto the aircraft. I stopped dead in my tracks and looked my mom in the eye and said \"Me no fly to Grandma\'s house Mom, me walk to Grandma\'s house\". And thus, an illustrious career in aviation began. I am an entrepreneur and a C-Level Executive at a leading private jet charter provider. I am passionate about helping and connecting with people. While many are solely focused about the benefits of their proprietary technology (no argument from me), they are forgetting the most basic need of all people, human connection. Through such connections my team and I strive to create incredibly personalized experiences that are unforgettable. I have extensive experience within the charter industry; incorporating a proven track record of consistent growth, unparalleled client satisfaction & retention; all while maintaining a spotless safety record. Previously, I worked with a Fort Lauderdale-based charter brokerage. I am incredibly proud of the results we achieved during my time there; increasing charter bookings from 25 trips a month, to over 250 trips each month. Prior to my work there, I was recruited out of my Director of Client Relations position in Denver, CO to provide sales support to a Fort Lauderdale based, private jet tech start-up. My dedication and success in this role helped the company achieve a $1.4 billion market valuation. I have also worked in various leadership and executive roles since 2013.Thanks to my upbringing, I was constantly moving (60+ times) all over the United States and United Kingdom. Always meeting new people, adapting to new countries, and learning interesting cultures. One of the constants in my life was competitive sports. I played competitive baseball for 10 years, trained in mixed martial arts for 15 years (placing 1st and 2nd in the US & UK in AAU), and my biggest love, Snowboarding. I remain very active today, training in Martial Arts as well as sunrise beach runs with my Australian Shepherd, Bodhi. Any type of adventure and I am in!
