I\'ve had the privilege to guide individuals from diverse backgrounds— those looking to transition to Tech, learn UIUX or just get clarity or career direction —One of my standout sessions was with a lady looking to transition from a non Tech Background to Tech - i basically helped them discover their transferable skills, and value system and developed a skills stack to help them build them selves up - this also helped them discover where they will best fit with such skills - then proceeded to build a career and learning road map for them to follow through - while still giving them regular check-in to motivate themA core highlight was Helping them understand various concepts within Tech and how to leverage it as a competitive advantage.I regularly document my learnings from each session - to help me get better, These experiences have shaped my belief in giving back value to the community.
