I serve as the primary point of contact for my clients to ensure their IT services are meeting expectations. I collaborate with all levels of management to analyze the current systems and services to identify opportunities for improvement. Frequent brainstorming sessions with client & internal teams helps to identify priorities and timelines to ensure we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. A regular cadence for Customer Service Reviews keeps both organizations aligned, discussing current service needs, and analyzing future strategies, to help our clients maintain seamless productivity.
