BOB was created to give employers another resource to find great talent in our state and we\'re starting by focusing on people with disabilities.What I have found, as both a person with a disability, once seeking employment and now an employer, is that awareness is the biggest issue when it comes to employing individuals with disabilities.BOB will work to make these employers aware through presentations and marketing. From there we will direct them to our website, full of profiles of the individuals, all of which include a dynamic video resume, such as the one below.
