About Justin Brogan
Leveraging over twenty years of operational, entrepreneurial and corporate leadership across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, distribution, logistics, professional services, even Netflix in their early years. Fifteen years within the franchising space, and five within an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) shop - and a strong proponent for both models. While each piece of the journey-to-date has shaped my perspective and expertise, a common thread has run through them all: the importance of creating a unique experience, and measuring what really matters. Measuring it correctly. Sharing those insights with those who fuel it, and those who need it. Trending it. Listening to your customers, and all stakeholders, regularly. Translating data into natural language, accessible and digestible dashboards, and explaining what the data is telling us. And most importantly, building teams of special people who can rally around a shared vision, hold each other accountable, and support, win and celebrate together. These principles are industry-agnostic; I\'ve applied them and seen them succeed time and again.I\'m a people-person with a natural knack for understanding and visualizing numbers and processes, which has allowed me to thrive in companies large and small, stable or rapidly-growing, private or public. I strive to learn something new every single day, and I\'m fortunate that my career-to-date has allowed me to do just that.
