About Justin Biassou
As a Frontline Manager at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), I am embarking on a new chapter in aviation safety oversight. I lead and guide the exceptional team members of the Phoenix Certificate Management Office (CMO), our most valuable asset. As a Regional Ombudsman and Community Engagement Officer at the FAA, I conducted community outreach and involvement activities to support air traffic performance-based navigation (PBN) flight procedures and other airspace projects. I am also a certified pilot with a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Harvard. I have a strong background and interest in global affairs and the impact of international engagement on organizational goals. I have demonstrated this by working as a Foreign Affairs Specialist on a detail assignment, where I built strong relationships across cultures and drove collaboration between international stakeholders. I am passionate about advancing the FAA\'s mission of providing the world\'s safest, most efficient aerospace system.
