Responsibilities included - Provide technical support to customers regarding installation and maintenance of equipment. Traveled across mid con region for specific customers• Supervise rig crews in implementation and field evaluation of new products. • Provide support to customers requiring technical assistance. • Contact customers regarding past and up-coming jobs and report to management. • Accompany or assist sales with customer calls. • Serves as the area “expert” on issues/troubleshooting and field calls. • Work closely with customer to analyze and review problems encountered in the field and recommend solutions when applicable. • Communicate changes or solutions to problems within the Field Service organization. • Plan for inventory equipment and accessories needed for assigned jobs.• Follow all Company running procedures, instructions, policies and specifications. • Assist in maintaining and controlling all equipment and accessory inventory. • Attend Customer and Company required meetings (Pre-production, pre-run, completion review). • Verify connection signature for acceptance or rejection. • Verify calibration of connection make-up equipment. • Complete Company paperwork (Invoicing Documentation and Job Report)
