Oversee email marketing program for multiple brands (includes all campaigns and automations) and SMS marketing program for Bucks and Bucks Pro Shop * Manage, train and help multiple members on our team blossom in their role * Project manage all email marketing and SMS campaigns to ensure campaign’s objectives are established prior to deployment * Build long-term customer journeys in Marketo, Conversica and Attentive aimed at building better relationships and more revenue-generating opportunities for our business * Enhance customer UX through email template updates and consistent a/b testing * Manage relationships with third party vendors in our tech stack including Stensul, Movable Ink, Conversica and Attentive * Provide marketing automation benchmarking and analysis to increase conversions and efficiencies * Assist with lead generation for Bucks, Fiserv Forum and Wisconsin Herd products via targeted email marketing campaigns and web retargeted campaigns throughout the year * Manage Conversica’s AI Sales Assistant and deploy 1:1 retention and new sales conversations * Launched first-ever Bucks SMS program with Attentive and currently build out non-automated campaigns to promote tickets, merchandise and so much more. I also build and monitor automated journeys that people flow into based on their shopping activity
