ABOUT JUSTINA OMOTAYO

Justina is an Inclusion Leader, with nearly two decade\'s of experience within the professional services sector. Her keen insight into the partnership environment, underscores her profound understanding of the pivotal role that reputation, relationships, and revenue play in fostering diversity, equity and inclusion. Justina is head of inclusion at leading European law firm, Fieldfisher where she leads the inclusion team. She is responsible for spearheading the development and execution of the firm\'s inclusion strategy globally.Prior to her role at Fieldfisher, Justina made a significant impact during her six-year tenure at the magic circle firm, Slaughter and May. There, she played a key role in the firm\'s transformative D&I strategy, which included partnering with several FTSE 100 clients and the UK government and implementing the Firm\'s inaugural Race Fairness Action Plan.Justina is a regular speaker on the topic IE & D.
