Collaborate with SMBs and their C-level executives in industries ranging from wholesale distribution, manufacturing, eCommerce, and more, analyzing business requirements to better facilitate workflow mapping into Odoo\'s open-source, cloud based ERP. • Manage the ERP implementation cycle from end-to-end for 10+ concurrent projects, applying the Agile Project Management methodology, consisting of gathering client requirements, designing workflows, configuring the SaaS solutions, testing, training key-users, and deploying the applications in the production database. • Configured, customized, and implemented a suite of solutions with applications such as CRM, Sales Management, Inventory/WMS, MRP, Accounting, Purchasing, E-Commerce and Website, Email/Social Marketing and Marketing Automation, among others. • Complete a GAP Analysis for each client to evaluate all aspects of their business operations and determine how to best map their processes to Odoo’s software. • Facilitate data migrations from clients’ legacy systems to Odoo and work closely with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into development specifications and conduct user acceptance testing, acting as the liaison between clients and Odoo’s Technical team, as well as leading technical training sessions with key-users to foster change management.
