Establish and maintain positive relationships and advocacy with Huntsville Utilities\'(HU) major commercial and strategic accounts, relevant industry and community stakeholders.Proactively assess account needs through consistent direct customer contact (i.e. calls, site visits, written correspondence, presentations), and meeting facilitation while responding expeditiously to problems.Updates HU\'s commercial and industrial customers of Tennessee Valley Authority\'s (TVA) programs for energy management and business solutions.Analyze customer operations, consumption data and billing history to identify trends; advise customers on potential rate impacts, technical solutions, causes of high consumption/demand, and beneficial TVA programs, services, and technologies; provide energy efficiency recommendations.Coordinates with TVA on rate changes, programs and incentives, and economic development throughout the Tennessee Valley.Works in conjunction with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service to address questions and concerns of HU\'s largest commercial, industrial, and manufacturing customers.Works with developers and contractors to support services provided to commercial and industrial customers.Works with the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce and other local economic development organizations to analyze and calculate sample utility bills for potential commercial and industrial customers.
