Key Responsibilities:Operational LeadershipOversee day-to-day construction operations across multiple job sites nationwide, focusing on consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Develop and implement standardized procedures and best practices to scale field operations efficiently.Manage scheduling, dispatching, and performance tracking of 1099 subcontractors.Labor & Vendor ManagementRecruit, onboard, and maintain a reliable network of 1099 subcontractors across regions.Ensure all contractors comply with company policies, safety standards, and scope of work requirements.Monitor contractor performance, adherence to deadlines, and quality of workmanship.Client & Account ManagementServe as the primary operational liaison for a major big box retail account, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.Ensure contract deliverables, KPIs, and service-level agreements are consistently met or exceeded.Regularly communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to client representatives.Project & Financial OversightCollaborate with project managers and field supervisors to develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans.Track job costing, invoicing, labor efficiency, and profitability of assigned projects.Identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvements without compromising service quality.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with OSHA standards, local building codes, and company safety policies.Develop risk mitigation strategies and enforce accountability in the field.Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, insurance, and licensing for all 1099 workers.
