About Justin Wegenke
My ultimate goal is to fulfil my own potential and to leave a positive and lasting impact on my family and on this world. I\'ve spent over the last decade refining my abilities as a leader, a pilot, a manager, a communicator, and a father/husband. I currently proudly serve as a Pilot Recruiter for Allegiant Air. I\'m also a former Army Officer and served as an Aeromedical Evacuation Pilot. I\'ve had the honor of flying the HH-60M/L Sikorsky Blackhawk helicopter while conducting combat Medical Evacuation and humanitarian-aid missions both at home and overseas. I\'m a firm believer that growth and learning should never stop and that continuously improving our processes is the only way to achieve our personal and professional goals. I have a passion for assisting others through mentorship and helping others navigate various challenges.
