   Managed project of $30M+ for research and development of new SW designed for radar detection and avoidance. Led team of 40+ across Research, Product Development and RAN Engineering orgs.• Scoped and implemented the Global Utilities Innovation Center. Managed a team of 15 engineers and solution architects. Center has resulted in 3 new RFPs thus far. Participated in multiple trade and marketing shows. UIC highlights Telecom Innovations for the Utility sector and was designed to be a marketing tool to improve the sales funnel for growth in the Utilities vertical. Primary innovations were Private Networks, Mission Critical Push to Talk and FLISR. • Implemented e-Commerce tool digitizing the product portfolio, quoting, and ordering for Government accounts reducing the ordering process from 3 weeks to 3 days.• Manages multiple lab and projects for new customers leading teams of 7+ and ranging in value from $100K to $5M
