About Justin Warner

Justin is an experienced strategist, investor, and advisor with over a decade of experience delivering high-impact analysis and insights to senior executives and policymakers and advancing the public interest through finance and innovation. Currently, Justin is a corporate responsibility strategist at JPMorgan Chase, where he works with partners from public engagement, philanthropy, research & policy, government relations, and business lines across the bank to advance more inclusive and commercially sustainable products, services, and practices. Previously, Justin was a senior policy staffer in Policy Planning and Strategy at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. At the Board, he developed and led forward-looking policy initiatives across the Federal Reserve System to improve the safety and soundness of financial institutions in response to novel developments-including emerging technologies, climate change, and rising economic inequality. Justin began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he advised private and social sector clients on strategy, service delivery, and underserved markets. He then held various roles in private equity and investment advisory in the United States and across Sub-Saharan Africa. In these roles, Justin developed particular expertise in infrastructure and technology industries. Justin holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School and an MPP from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, where he was a Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership. Justin graduated summa cum laude from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, earning two bachelor’s degrees in engineering and economics. He has also published articles and research on topics at the intersection of emerging technology, public sector capacity, and global development.
