Provide clinical support across orthopedics, neurology, vascular medicine, urology, primary care, and laboratory services in a high-volume outpatient setting. Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing, including venipuncture, centrifugation, labeling, and coordination with reference laboratories such as Quest Diagnostics. Support urology procedures, including assisting with cystoscopies and PSA diagnostic evaluations, while documenting medications and coordinating follow-up testing. Assist with neurology patient triage, compiling MRI, CT, and laboratory data to support physician diagnostic evaluations. Manage clinical workflow and documentation for high-volume patient throughput (~190 patients/day) while maintaining accurate and compliant medical records. Collect, organize, and synthesize diagnostic imaging and laboratory reports to facilitate physician decision-making and continuity of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to ensure efficient patient care, accurate documentation, and streamlined clinical operations.
