As a seasoned transformation leader, focused on execution, I lead Wimmer Solutions\' Marketing, Sales, and Global Services Delivery organization, building our BPO, Resource-based Solutions, and Consulting services at scale. I possess over 25 years of experience leading and empowering cross-functional teams in the military, non-profit, and private sectors. My military experience includes direct combat and peace time Company-grade leadership roles as both an Enlisted Soldier and a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Infantry. My military leadership experience includes management and oversight of operational planning and execution, strategic planning, logistics and maintenance, human resources, and civil-military operations.For 12 1/2 years, I served as a member of Hitachi Consulting\'s Organization Effectiveness practice, progressing from Sr. Consultant to Director, serving as a member of the leadership team, partnering closely with clients to develop outcome-based solutions.I spent 6 1/3 years at Infor, Inc. founding, building and leading Infor\'s Global Professional Services Americas Business Transformation practice. I led the growth of the practs from 1 person to a practice of 45+ person practice, providing full spectrum business transformation services to the mid- and upper mid-market, generating $60M in revenue (Business Design, OCM, Organizational Strategy, Process Design, Learning, and Enterprise Architecture).At Infor, I started and built Infor\'s Americas Global Professional Services Early Talent Program, responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, enabling, and retaining undergraduate and early in career new hires. As a an Infor VP, I served as a member of our internal business transfortion capability in the office of the CEO.My personal passion lies in working directly with clients at all organizational levels to develop and own clear, measurable and executable business strategies, while equipping client leaders to more effectively lead and drive organizational transformation.
