Over 20 years of excellence and diversity in the land development field. Served in the U.S. Army as a Technical Engineer performing site, road, airfield and drainage design, geotechnical testing, both field and laboratory, and topographical surveying. Since then, worked in the private sector as a project engineer and a project manager. As a project engineer, responsible for hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, ESD/LID, water quality, storm water management and sediment and erosion control design and performed construction inspection for a variety of projects. As a project manager, guided commercial and residential projects through all phases of development including conceptual layout to permitting and construction, tracked budgets, coordinated with review agencies, conducted community meetings and performed Quality Assurance / Quality Control reviews. In addition, also performed the wetland and forest stand delineations, along with preparing forest conservation plans, for many of the projects. Experience in multiple disciplines providing a unique understanding of the development and construction process.
