I believe in training the brain — and in building learning that actually sticks!As a Learning & Organizational Development (L & OD) Analyst at ICL, I design and facilitate original curriculum for a global workforce. In my first year, I built and launched new Microsoft Office training that drew 158 participants to a single session — and developed seven additional titles covering soft and technical skills. My work helped nearly double global learning hours and increased average class sizes by 75%.I hold a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Microsoft Certified Educator credential, and a Master\'s degree in Business Research — but what I\'m most proud of is this: I build programs that people actually want to attend. Whether it\'s traditional classroom-style learning, gamification, or hands-on experiential training, I\'m always asking: What will make this stick?Before L & OD, I spent years in HR, office administration, and executive support — which means I understand the operational side of organizations, not just the learning side. I\'ve managed budgets, led cross-functional teams, authored training manuals, and coordinated with vendors and stakeholders across functions.I\'m also a Maryland high school graduate of AP and IB programs and an IB diploma recipient — so I know firsthand what advanced academic pathways can mean for students.
