Key responsibilities & impact- Preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts within strict deadlines - Variance analysis of revenue, costs, and margins vs budget and prior year - Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and financial control framework - Production of board and director-level reporting packs with commentary - Business partnering with operational teams to interpret performance - Support for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis - Resolution of financial queries from directors and stakeholders - Support for payroll, HMRC compliance, and P11D reporting - Continuous improvement of month-end close process and reporting efficiency - Enhancement of financial data quality and reporting visibility
