Own end‑to‑end strategy and delivery of custom third‑party vendor integrations, defining scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross‑functional roles across Product, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Vendor Management.• Lead risk, feasibility, and integration assessments for proposed point solutions, identifying operational, financial, compliance, and scalability risks and defining mitigation strategies to inform go‑forward decisions.• Evaluate technical maturity and operational readiness of vendor solutions, identifying inefficiencies, manual workarounds, and cost drivers impacting scalability and total cost of ownership• Develop health plan impact analyses assessing implementation complexity, ongoing operating costs, resourcing needs, and tradeoffs; present executive‑ready recommendations to senior leadership.• Serve as the single accountable owner for integrations from intake through steady state, acting as primary point of contact for vendor and client relationships, operational support, issue resolution, and system updates.• Establish recurring performance and financial reporting, analyzing trends in cost, utilization, adoption, and client satisfaction to surface risks, optimization opportunities, and portfolio gaps.• Translate integration insights into product strategy, informing roadmap prioritization, backlog decisions, standardization efforts, and future vendor selection.• Lead development of RFP responses, business cases, and executive‑facing materials to support cross‑functional alignment and leadership decision‑making.• Partner cross‑functionally to identify revenue and margin opportunities through productization and monetization of scalable integration models.
