Key Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their shipping needs and providing customized solutions. • Carrier Coordination: Communicate with carriers to arrange and schedule shipments, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery of goods. • Problem Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any logistical issues or delays that arise during the shipping process. • Tracking & Reporting: Use TQL’s internal systems to track shipments, provide updates to customers, and maintain accurate records of transactions. • Sales & Networking: Proactively identify opportunities to grow the business by generating leads and expanding the customer base. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, and accounting to ensure smooth execution of shipments and financial accuracy.
