   Lead, architect, and manage Workday implementations as part of KPMG’s Enterprise Solutions teams. Specific roles have included Engagement Manager/Project Manager, Testing Lead, Cutover Lead, Core HCM Functional Lead, and Workday Learning Functional Lead. Certified as a Workday Engagement Manager; experienced in managing the Delivery Assurance process across the lifecycle of an implementation. Develop and manage implementation project plans, as well as project testing plans and approaches. Leverage tools including Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Microsoft Project, and OpenText ALM/Quality Center. Support clients through test scenario development, testing process planning and reporting, defect mitigation, and change request management. Work in the functional space as a Core HCM and Workday Learning functional lead, for both Phase 1 and Phase X implementations. Partner with customers to understand existing configuration and business needs, apply KPMG Powered Enterprise methodology, build and test configuration, and achieve targeted Go Live dates. Develop alternative solutions to meet customer requirements when functionality is not natively delivered in Workday, and stay connected with Workday regarding new feature development. Support business development efforts as needed to present project management and Workday Learning approaches to prospective customers.
