Leading the Data & Analytics workstream for Blain\'s Unified Transformation project—an enterprise-wide migration from legacy systems to eight modern platforms including D365 Finance & Operations, STIBO STEP (PIM), KIBO (OMS), RELEX (Forecasting), and Snowflake. I own master data management, data governance, data migration, taxonomy design, data quality, and reporting strategy across all implementations. My team serves as the central data authority ensuring data quality and consistency as 400K+ SKUs and six master data domains move through 189+ integrations to support three major go-lives in 2026.I\'m building Blain\'s first formal data governance program from the ground up—defining data ownership and stewardship models, establishing the Data Governance Council, creating enterprise data policies, and driving adoption across Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. This includes determining system-of-record decisions across platforms, defining golden record logic, and ensuring cross-system data integrity for a company generating over $1B in annual revenue.I coordinate extensively with IT Modernization, Enterprise Architecture, Integrations, QA, InfoSec, and OCM internally, plus implementation partners PwC, Pivotree, and Logic. I report to the Director of Transformation under the CSO with a dotted line to the CIO for data governance matters.
