With over one year as a Director in consultancy and 30 years in policing, I specialise in trauma-informed policing, organisational development, and preventative approaches. My work emphasizes collaboration across health, social care, and policing, with a mission to address vulnerability and promote staff wellbeing. I have also attended the national Domestic Abuse Homicide Review Chair training and am a member of the Safeguarding Adult Review national network of chairs and authors,As a recognized expert in early intervention and violence reduction, I co-authored the national Police and Health Consensus and led initiatives like Trauma-Informed Lancashire. My focus remains on developing strategic partnerships, utilising data for early intervention, and fostering systems that prioritize public health and safety.
