Held several roles as HR Generalist as well as a functional expert in Labor Unions and M&A work. Proven success in leading HR teams at several Fortune 500 companies within the Consumer, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently overseeing the integration of two newly acquired businesses while serving leading contract negotiations for two unionized manufacturing locations in Canada. Previous experience serving as first chair at contract negotiations with the BCTGM, UFCW, and Teamsters and the development & execution of union avoidance work.

   Servings as M&A and Labor Relations leader for Hershey\'s global operations. This work has included dozens of due diligence projects that have resulted in the acquisition of nine companies as we as three divestitures. This work has enabled Hershey to grow beyond its core confectionary business into a snacking powerhouse. This transition was enabled by my successful integration of several new acquisitions to create the Hershey Salty Snacks division. Simultaneously, I serve as Hershey\'s labor relations expert responsible for their unionized factories in US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. l Over the past decade, this work has included my leadership of several management campaigns to defeat unionization attempts in the US and Malaysia. Most recently developed and launched management training program and local audit process to create a culture where employees do not feel the need to seek 3rd party representation.
