About Justin Smith
I enjoy working on difficult ambiguous technical problems while developing and leading high performing teams. My natural curiosity combined with my technical background leads to a great problem solving skill set. I have experience leading multiyear strategy development and implementation for large corporate organizations. This experience includes organizational change management and organizational design. I have demonstrated excellence managing and delivering complex projects in a highly regulated environment. My passion lies in a few areas: serving others, doing great work, leading teams, and product design. I love developing new products and processes. In my free time, I enjoy making furniture or other products to serve my family and friends. I also enjoy working on mechanical products (eg cars, engines, and the like). I began my career at Lilly developing small molecule API synthetic routes supplying early phase clinical trials. I also developed P.E.T. synthetic routes supplying Lilly trials. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, I have optimized internal business processes and developed investment / divestment strategies.
