Positions have ranged from entry-level to Senior Vice President levels-Track KPI’s such as Time to Fill (TTF), 75 hires per year, reducing Staffing Agency Spend, increase number of employee referrals and ensuring great candidate experience (CX)-Establish relationships with Universities, Professional Associates, Chamber of Commerce teams to ensure diverse candidate pools-Maintain constant communication with hiring managers to ensure we are collaborating and driving forward in the interview processes with the top talent in mind-Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCims, Linkedin Recruiter, as well as multiple spreadsheets and weekly meetings to ensure an efficient interview process- Filling position in our CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) pharmaceutical and medical device divisions• Fills per year: goal of 75 hires - actual 100 hires in 2022• Reduce Agency spend- no agency hires in calendar year 2022• Time to Fill goal 60 days – actual 39 days to fill for calendar year 2022
