I am a medicinal chemist who designs and synthesizes compounds in the \"Beyond Rule of 5\" chemical space to inhibit human disease targets that have been traditionally considered undruggable. I have leadership and management experience over internal teams and external CROs, successfully shepherding projects across early discovery, hit-to-lead, lead-optimization, and pre-clinical development. I work closely with biology and DMPK teams to strategically balance biochemical potency, cellular activity, ADME properties and minimized off-target interactions in the process of selecting and nominating a clinical candidate.
