   As Founder & Creative Director of A Feel Good Project, I lead a movement built on lived experiences in neurodivergence, trauma recovery, and endurance. This work combines motivational speaking, writing, photography, and creative expression to help people transform pain into resilience and find belonging without conforming to someone else’s mold.Through keynotes, workshops, and creative projects, I bring an unapologetic voice to recovery and transformation — proving that growth doesn’t come from perfection, but from movement, story, and the courage to be yourself. At its core, A Feel Good Project exists to remind people everywhere: you shouldn’t have to be fully healed to feel good.
