At the same time, I see personal development as a lifelong pursuit, no matter the stage of one\'s career.As the VP of Operations at Gazelle Ship, I oversee a diverse portfolio that highlights our logistics expertise and operational excellence. We manage four direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands with over SKUs, distributing through Shopify Plus stores, major online marketplaces, and extensive B2B sales across the United States. Our robust operations and high-volume 3PL center form the core of our business, enhanced by strategic business development, meticulous contract negotiations, seamless onboarding, and comprehensive account management.In my role as a senior executive and P&L owner, I drive holistic strategy development, prioritizing sustainable growth. This approach allows us to engage with over 10 million customers annually across multiple channels, including email and SMS.I am passionate about team development, fostering an inclusive culture where excellence thrives. My dedication to growth extends beyond the business, evidenced by industry certifications and a Master’s in Marketing with a focus on digital strategies, analytics, and branding.Beyond Gazelle Ship, I serve on the Advisory Board for the Master of Science in Marketing (MSM) program at Florida International University, where I collaborate with academic leaders to enhance the program through mentorship, promotion, speaker engagements, and alumni relations.I also mentor for the Blackstone LaunchPad program, guiding students from diverse disciplines in nurturing creativity and entrepreneurial skills. I find it rewarding to help students bring their ideas to life and build professional networks.Currently, I am an adjunct lecturer in marketing and logistics at Florida International University. My mission is to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing students with practical insights and hands-on knowledge, further enriching my contributions to the field.

   I launched a concierge training, health, and nutrition coaching company, which evolved into South Florida’s premier personal training company. Our mission is to educate and empower our clients and community to live a healthier and more active lifestyle through sustainable behavioral change.I engage in all aspects of running the business, including strategy/execution, operations, sales/marketing, finance, customer service, and human resources. Developing and evolving a powerful brand identity has made JustinFit a premier boutique personal training company in South Florida. I personally manage a wide range of marketing activities, including brand management, media planning, social media, content creation, digital marketing, events, and public relations. I also appear regularly on television programs (SoFlo Health, Morning Dose, Inside South Florida), write for recognized publications (USA Today, Shape, Brides) and participate in popular podcasts (15 minutes to Wellness, PCOS Revolution), which have all strengthened and enhanced our brand image.
