I’m currently leading the Commercial Customer Success team at Awardco, where we partner with clients to maximize their recognition programs and drive real business outcomes. I focus on giving my team the strategy, structure, and support they need to lead meaningful conversations and build long-term client partnerships.I’ve built my career in Customer Success by jumping into fast-paced, often ambiguous environments and figuring things out. Along the way, I’ve built scalable processes, created training programs that actually stick, and led initiatives that make it easier for CSMs to do their best work.
