How did I get where I am today?It\'s simpleIt\'s not about me.My Why is to give others an opportunity. I want to give someone a chance to learn, to grow, to shine. My Why as a leader is to help my reports find their path, to take a chance on a new hire and let them find themselves. I want my reports to fail, to learn, to succeed, and to grow into what they want from their job and their life. A culture of Trust, Feedback, and Humility between each other and myself is the foundation I want to build.
