My experience includes ESL Teaching, office administration, museum education, development/fundraising events assistant, grant research, transcriptions and press release, archiving, document retention, historic research and archaeology. This diverse field of knowledge provides a degree of flexibility that\'s almost requisite to the sometimes unpredictable industry of online education. While specializing in document retention enables me to provide high levels of support in business organization, back office support leadership, non-profit operations and public or historical archiving.Current Project:\'Cultural Leaders: The Touchstones of Human Ethics\'Past cultural leaders informed people of which values to discard and which to develop upon. Current cultures also rely on overt or subtle ethical leadership. Ethics maintenance via leadership is a constant process in large and small societies. Leadership-impact is the key to passing on lasting cultural behavior. What makes a leader isn\'t their title but their influence (WIP,\'17). Giving: Let\'s help vulnerable people in our professional lives; in our private lives or, ideally, in both. A generous spirit, in both the small and big moments, is important for human wellbeing.
