About Justin Rose

For the last 7 years I have worked in Business Intelligence helping different companies automate business processes, clean up data, and develop reports using a variety of tools. PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS I\'ve always been interested in solving problems whether it is developing an application and process to manage large amounts of data, working with a team tasked to organize inventory, or even something as simple as fixing an electrical problem with a car. LEADERSHIP/INTERPERSONAL SKILLS In my youth I learned leadership and interpersonal skills through the Boy Scouts of America program where I earned the highest rank of Eagle Scout. From there I have had many other opportunities to develop leadership qualities that I continue to use today including- Serving as a volunteer missionary in Nicaragua and overseeing at any given time 20+/- other volunteers over the course of two years- Coaching a college club Ultimate Frisbee team of 25+ players- Coordinating and running one-on-one training sessions with other employees to develop finance and inventory management skills- Leading a team of five to automate 200+ reports using a variety of tools including: Tableau, SQL server, and Excel.
