I’m a Pittsburgh-based Realtor, investor, and team leader passionate about helping people build better lives through real estate.As the founder of The Justin Riapos Team at Lifespace Real Estate, I’ve built my business around a simple motto: “Relationships Over Transactions.” For me, real estate isn’t just about buying or selling homes — it’s about guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives with honesty, transparency, and care.Over the past several years, I’ve helped clients across Pittsburgh — from first-time homebuyers and investors to luxury sellers and new construction developments — navigate an ever-changing market with confidence. My background extends beyond traditional sales: I’m also deeply involved in real estate investment and development, including modular housing communities, multifamily rehabs, and historical restorations like The Eleanor at Park Square, an Edwardian home being reimagined as a boutique short-term rental.I lead with energy, integrity, and strategy — combining deep market knowledge with a people-first approach.
