ABOUT JUSTIN PIERCE
Justin is the founder and President of Snow Goose Homes LLC a real estate investment and development company. He started investing in real estate in 2001 as he was getting ready to get out of the U.S. Marine Corps. Initially he simply accumulated a few rental properties. In 2004 he started Snow Goose Homes LLC and began building new homes on Spec. By 2007 Snow Goose Homes LLC had hired a full General Contractor and 20 construction workers. They built numerous custom log homes and several stick built spec homes. Being a construction company was exciting but it took Justin away from his passion of real estate investing. In 2009 Snow Goose Homes and Justin Pierce returned to their roots. At that time run down homes could be purchased for much less than it would cost to build them from scratch. So, funds were raised and Justin began purchasing run down, distressed homes in the Washington D.C. Area. Today Justin and Snow Goose Homes have a network of quality approved contractors and tradesman as well as a network of commercial and private lending sources and some additional private investors. Justin has the network and know-how to bring together the resources necessary to facilitate most any real estate deal in short order.Again the real estate market appears to be poised to change directions. Snow Goose Homes LLC is ready to change with it. Where quick flips were the way of the past new construction and redevelopement looks to be the way forward.Justin is looking to network with good contractors, investors, bankers, lenders, realtors, wholesalers… anyone who can seriously help find or facilitate good real estate deals. Justin is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Virginia with Samson Properties. Justin been a contributing writer for the Washington Post’s Where We Live online Real Estate Section. He has been featured in the Washington Post, Kiplinger Magazine and on Fox 5 news.
