I am a results-oriented individual who holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, along with certifications in Mechanical Engineering and Lean Six Sigma. As the Regional PMO. I am responsible for steering quality for BMW Group\'s multi-bullion Euro Corporate Real Estate greenfield / brownfield construction project portfolio for North and South America. In parallel, I am responsible for the derivation and implementation of the divisional IT strategy / target picture, including digitalization, virtualization, artificial intelligence, process automation and disruptive innovation.Previously, I worked as a the Continuous Improvement Lead within Plant Spartanburg\'s logistics network. My primary areas of focus included the digitalization of operational reporting, long-term strategic development projects, supplier & carrier network optimization, and risk/performance management of transport service providers (3PL\'s/4PL\'s). Moreover, I had the responsibility of forecasting and monitoring BMW Manufacturing, LLC’s (Plant Spartanburg’s) nine-figure transportation budget, encompassing all land, sea, and air inbound and outbound transportation freight and service contract costs.I combine my interests in psychology and analytics with my proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, dynamic projects across multiple division to consistently identify opportunity deliver value.
