Assist with initial configuration of new implementation of ITSM platform at organization. Train and Transition users and processes from Jira. Establish best (and better) practices within the ITIL framework where processes were not pre-existing Flesh out the service catalog to provide teams with relevant tasks and information. Interface with Senior leadership to both guide development on the platform as well as identify ongoing goals/future needs. Develop custom solutions where OOTB solutions were unavailable. Transition IT group to using a pseudo Agile framework (within licensing constraints) versus prior ad-hoc project planning. Create Reporting and Performance analytics to fill in gap in reporting due to prior platform capabilities. Guide end users and managers with recommendations for upgrade paths and future state capacity with regard to current initiatives. Creatively address developmental goals in a timely manner while conserving budget allocations for larger implementations. Utilized in platform configurations vs customizations where possible to avoid downstream impacts from patches and upgrades in the future. Completed platform upgrade within 6mo of platform go-live. Maintain functionally OOTB configuration in the majority of platforms other than scoped apps for specific purposes.
