ABOUT JUSTIN OSLER

As Co-Managing Principal of The Martin Group of Companies, I oversee finance, development, construction, and asset management across a portfolio of 3,200 apartment and student housing units. Since 2015, we’ve invested $1.5 billion in total capital — $622 million in equity — across multifamily, student housing, and mixed-use projects in the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Northern California. We work with capital partners including Canyon Partners, Kennedy Wilson, MetLife and Brookfield. Our advisory board includes the former CEO of Archstone, the founder of AvalonBay, and the former Head of Private Investments at Stanford Management Company. Before TMG, I spent time at Fortress Investment Group in their Real Estate Opportunities Fund and at S&P Capital IQ, where I published quantitative research on factor-based equity strategies. Columbia MBA, Dickinson College. I am active member of YPO\'s NorCal chapter. Our thesis is simple: California housing demand is structural. Supply is constrained by regulation, geography, and timeline. We focus on locations anchored by employment centers — universities, medical campuses, transit corridors — where demand durability is highest. For investment inquiries: I••••••••@TheMartinGroup.com
