During my time at International Hospitality Institute, I had the privilege of serving as a Graphic Design Intern on the marketing and sales team. In this role, I was able to work on a variety of projects that contributed to the growth and success of the company. As someone who is passionate about design, marketing, and the hospitality industry, I found this position to be both challenging and rewarding.My responsibilities as a Graphic Design Intern included designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and social media graphics. I collaborated closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective campaigns that would resonate with our target audience. I also had the opportunity to edit and retouch photos for use in marketing materials, which allowed me to refine my skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.In addition to these tasks, I assisted in the creation of website and email design, participated in brainstorming sessions for new marketing and sales initiatives, and helped maintain and organize the company\'s brand assets. Through these experiences, I developed strong attention to detail and the ability to take direction. I also honed my communication and time management skills, which will be valuable in any future endeavors.What I appreciated most about this internship was the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. I worked closely with experienced professionals who were dedicated to my growth and success. The company values creativity, collaboration, and innovation, which made it a great fit for me. I attended networking events and workshops that expanded my knowledge and connections in the industry.
