With over 20 years experience in the commercial and residential construction industry, and over 15 years in construction management, I am a driven to provide the highest levels of quality and leadership to every project that I am associated with.Beginning as an estimator with Roof Roof, Inc. in Spring, TX, I took on numerous additional responsibilities, including project management and site supervision, ever expanding my knowledge and experiences to successfully manage projects from blueprints to production and beyond.In 2011, I accepted the role of Superintendent with ADB Construction in Cypress, TX, overseeing multiple commercial build-out and remodel projects simultaneously within the hospitality industry.I moved on to Aloft Construction Group in Sugarland, TX as the Project Manager/Commercial Construction in 2016, managing all phases of utility infrastructure, paving, drainage, and concrete flatwork, exhibiting exceptional expertise in the décor and interior finish specialties.In 2019, I became the Superintendent at Hunter Building Corp. in Katy, TX, where I remain to this day, utilizing the vast experience I have acquired throughout the years to provide quality site management of numerous construction projects from estimation to close-out.A few of my experience highlights include: Proven record of effective short and long-range tactical planning and improving construction processes to realize optimal profitability. Singled out by superiors and peers, honored with the Superintendent of the Year award in 2020. Proactive and flexible team player and leader, with natural ability to engage interpersonal and collaborative communication skills, solving complex issues and realizing company goals. Accomplished multi-tasker, utilizing premier organizational skills with the capacity to manage numerous crews simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments. Orchestrated the $6 million conversion of a sq. ft. church into a nightclub venue. Managed complete renovation efforts of Bluebird Apartments in Baytown, including exterior, interior, electrical and plumbing.I feel it is time to once again expand my horizons.
