Our San Diego, California location processes conventional and organic spices, and manufactures seasoning blends to both classic and on-trend flavor profiles. Our products are supplied to some of North America\'s leading manufacturing companies in food, beverage, flavor, fragrance, pet, etc. Inventories are sold from various storage facilities (spot & contract basis) in Edison, NJ - Chicago, IL - San Diego, CA - and soon in 2026 our Pittsburgh, PA location. We do not broker products. Hudson recently achieved an A on its BRCGS Food Safety audit valid thru 2026. Hudson is an FDA VQIP participating company for calendar year 2025.
