I\'ve led large-scale UI innovation and user experience optimization initiatives that have shaped how hundreds of millions of people around the world discover and engage with content. I recently led over 20 engineers in a cross-functional team to rewrite the architecture of Netflix\'s homepage. I managed complex project timelines and tight deadlines to build the foundation for the new Netflix TV UI that rolled out in July 2025. I ran and analyzed A/B tests to track performance improvements and usability gains, ensuring optimal delivery of the Netflix UI across a wide ecosystem of TV devices. I also ensured UI stability during major live events like the 2024 Paul/Tyson fight and NFL Christmas Day games.
