My role encompasses overseeing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering a culture of leadership and development among project teams.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & Management:Lead and manage multiple large-scale telecommunications projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, aligning with clients\' strategic objectives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and project goals are achieved.Client Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.Conduct regular project reviews with clients, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and adjusting plans as needed.Cost Analysis & Budget Management:Perform comprehensive cost analysis on all large-scale strategic projects, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial efficiency.Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and track financial performance, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.Leadership & Team Development:Cultivate a culture of leadership within project teams, mentoring and developing future project leaders.Provide guidance and support to project managers, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.Implement best practices in project management, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.Strategic Planning & Execution:Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
