   As a proposal manager, I lead pursuit teams to develop compelling proposal content to bid work for Skanska. I have led numerous proposals on large Design-Build, CM/GC, and Public Private Partnership pursuits on projects ranging from $250 million to $2+ billion in contract value throughout the Western United States.\\\\nI take pride in developing highly functioning proposal teams to develop content, creating innovative methods to deliver the proposal message, and being an industry leader in developing high scoring proposals.\\\\nIn addition, I developed and implemented Skanska\'s use of MS SharePoint in the West including applications for: business development, Subcontractor and Vendor Registration, tracking time to projects, proposal/estimating development, DBE solicitation, subcontractor management, subcontractor/community outreach, document control systems, human resource document management, and other general processing.\\\\nI have been involved in subcontract management and negotiation as well as tracking and auditing the subcontract approval process.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
