About Justin Miller

I served as Slingshot\'s founding CEO from September 2016 until May 2021. Effective August 30, 2021, I will serve as Slingshot\'s Board Chair. Prior to launching Slingshot, I worked as a Giving Strategist, where I helped individuals, families, and businesses target and maximize charitable investments. Preceding this work, I was a member of the Fixed Income Division at Raymond James. Servicing financial institutions, I specialized in developing portfolio strategies and executing trades in fixed income securities. Earlier in my career, I was an educator at St. George\'s Independent School, where I served as Dean of Students, Associate Director of Counseling, Teacher, Coach and Chaplain.    I am responsible for protecting and growing Metro’s Commercial Division. Identifying like-minded customers in need of Metro\'s turn-key solutions is one of many activities that brings me joy. As a member of Metro\'s Leadership Team, I\'m fortunate to help advance the company\'s strategy, performance, and culture.Metro Logics, Inc. is a third-party logistics company based in Olive Branch, MS, with additional facilities in Nevada and Utah. We provide warehousing and rapid distribution services for perishable foods, pharmaceutical products and medical devices and supplies.Metro has been in business for 40 years, including 23 years providing essential third-party logistics services for the Federal Government. Metro’s team of experts is uniquely equipped to stand up, condition, and operate custom warehouse facilities that meet the rigorous specifications of its customers.Currently, Metro manages 1.2MM square feet of highly regulated, temperature controlled, and cGMP compliant warehouse space.
