Currently responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and growth opportunities specific to the food retail sector in the cold chain market at Copeland. I have been with Copeland and in the refrigeration industry for over 12 years, spanning a career in product engineering, applications, sales, and product management.My interest and passion for engineering cultivated during my young childhood from disassembling and reconstructing my toys, as well as my father’s tools. I quickly learned and adapted to how things worked and fit back together! This passion was sustained during my schooling as I loved math and science; I found beauty and elegance in understanding how the physics of our world are clearly explained with mathematical equations, and especially when there was a closed solution!As I progressed into my professional career as an engineer, a burning desire develped to understand the why behind what our company was doing and who we were doing it for. I had the nagging and consistent question of what was the real-world pain we were addressing for our customers and how were we solving that pain?This fire of problem solving, innovation, and engineering, coupled with my urge to understand opportunity directed me to pursue a career in technical sales. In this role, I satisfy my professional passion through navigating customers to discover innovative solutions to their most critical issues.I crave for personal and professional continuous improvement every day. I am always interested to connect with people to learn something new!
