Provides enterprise-wide vision and strategic planning efforts. Directs all aspects of marketing efforts in 11 territories, and successfully developed client base in Northeast, creating sales and brand recognition from the ground up- Manages a team of up to 10 Managers & Consultants and 200 Sales Representatives in effective outreach and relationship management directed at event organizers, resulting in nearly golf events per year- Developed and implemented national training of 200+ Sales Representatives in 11 territories across 10 states aimed at fundraising efficacy, successful sponsorship attraction techniques, and donor management, increasing brand recognition in territories- Generated an estimated $4.2M in revenue, providing face-to-face branding experiences to 250K individual golfers in the Northeast and Upper Midwest during my tenure- Pittsburgh market, where I also act as the local Territory Manager, has ranked as top two (out of 115 markets) in completed events each of the past 7 years, and has won the Earth Award, given to Territory with the most income generated three of the last four years (2020, 2018, 2017) as well we Fire Award, given to Territory with largest financial growth (2016).
