I take nothing for granted and treat every REO assigned to me as if it was my only, even better yet my interview. Communication is big for me which I am always available to personally take my asset managers call. I have taken numerous continued education while also attending all the REO specific conferences I can. Short Sale- I have worked with numerous institutions with a proven track record in successfully selling my clients homes for less than they are worth and removing their deficiency differences. I am a CDPE agent who has taken numerous trainings and certifications in fully understanding what it takes to successfully work a short sale and most importantly assist my clients.Equity Sales/Investors/Buyers-The Las Vegas market consists of mainly distressed sales which my experience in the above noted sale types allow me to have a full grasp on what it takes to work with traditional sellers, investors and buyers as well.
